What this site collects

CodeDTX directly records the fields you submit through the enquiry form and limited telemetry when a recognised AI crawler requests a page. Infrastructure providers may also process server-level request data. This page describes current practice and is not a legal contract or guarantee.

Enquiry form

The contact form

The form at /contact-us stores exactly the fields listed below in our database, and we use them for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it.

Your name
Required. So we know who to address the reply to.
Work email
Required. The address we reply to. It is the only way we can respond.
Company
Optional. Left blank, nothing is stored for it.
Which system should become agentic
Required. The description you write. Please leave out credentials, customer records, and anything you would not put in an email.
Time of submission
Recorded automatically, along with a label noting the enquiry came from the contact form.
Enquiry form

The hidden field in the form

The form contains one hidden field that people never see and never fill in. Automated submissions usually fill it. When it arrives filled, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored — the form still shows a normal confirmation, so that automated senders learn nothing from the difference.

Crawler telemetry

AI crawler requests

We want to know whether AI search and answer engines can read this site. So when a request arrives whose user-agent matches a short list of known AI crawlers, we record three things.

We do not store IP addresses, full user-agent strings, or any per-visitor record for people browsing the site. Requests that do not match the crawler list are not logged by us at all.

Crawler name
The matched name from our list — for example GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot.
Path requested
The page path, such as /enterprise-agentic-ai.
Time of the request
Recorded automatically.
Cookies and analytics

No cookies, no tracking scripts

This site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, advertising, or session-recording scripts, and the application stores nothing in your browser.

Third parties

Who else touches the data

Running a website means using infrastructure we do not own. The site is served by a hosting provider and enquiries are stored with a managed database provider, both acting on our instructions. Those providers operate their own server-level request logs, on their own terms, outside our control — the same as for any website you visit.

Your enquiry

Having your enquiry removed

Email contact@codedtx.com from the address you used to request deletion of, or access to, your enquiry. We will review the request and respond using that address.

Questions about anything on this page go to the same address.
